Alternator Remanufacturing Company

All units are completely disassembled at the start of the remanufacturing process. Reclaimed components are thoroughly cleaned, inspected and tested prior to being reused. Aluminium frames are abrasively cleaned with stainless steel shot or glass beads. Silver spray paint is banned from the workshop. Technical features are as follows:

1) New genuine Koyo or INA clutch pulley (where originally fitted).

2) New Japanese NSK alternator grade bearings.

3) New heavy duty rectifier.

4) New genuine Denso brush holder.

5) Voltage regulator electronically tested.

6) Stator tested for insulation quality and phase balance.

7) Rotor tested for insulation quality and current draw.

8) Slip ring machined and polished.

9) Alternator load tested to high output.

Only new genuine clutch pulleys, bearings and brush holders are used in our remanufactured Denso alternators.
This guarantees the reliability and the durability of our products.
